Alicia Jameiria McQueen
Alicia Jameiria McQueen who was a resident of Nicholson, Mississippi, for 51 years, passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 70.
Alicia was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, Nicholson, Mississippi. She loved being with family and enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her husband Billy, whom she married on May 16, 1972; Daughters Melanie S. McQueen Taylor and Stephanie A. McQueen Ladner (Schran); brother John Calvin Campbell; sisters Loretta Campbell and Jo Ann “JoJo” Coburn; grandchildren Kaylan Ladner, Austin Taylor, and Kayde Ladner.
She is preceded in death by her parents John Robert Campbell, Jr. and Mona Robertson Sells; son Jody McQueen.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023, 5:00pm at Turtleskin Cemetery. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service time.
