Ann Lee Talbert of Picayune, Mississippi went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 1, 2023 at the age of 82.
Ann played high school basketball at Brunswick High in Maryland and spent many nights singing at the Fire Hall. She later was the assistant manager at Mr. Gatti’s Pizza. She enjoyed playing her guitar, listening to the Happy Goodman’s and watching the beautiful hummingbirds. Ann was known as a loving Mother and Maw Maw.
She is survived by her children, Jerri Valitchka (Brad), Beaty Talbert, Robin Talbert-Montalbano (Roy), Dawn Lee (Roland Jr.); grandchildren, Trey Island (Savanna), Jessica Island (David), Cassie Ladner (Cody), David Burgess (Jessica), Jordan Neal (Chandler), Jedidiah Flynt, Peyton Lee (Devyn), Chance Berry (Rachelle), Roland “Rayme” Lee III (Kayla), Rachel Brignac (Bryan), Jaden Lee; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband William Lee Talbert; son William Lee Talbert Jr.; mother Susie Fravel; and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
