Arthur Kenton McCormick, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at the age of 73.
Arthur was a life-long resident of Pearl River County. He was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. Arthur was an avid horseman and loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was well known and loved by many.
He is survived by his wife, Judy McCormick of Picayune, Mississippi; three sons, Wade McCormick (Angela) of Picayune; Jesse McCormick (Allison) of Carriere, and Brannon Clymer (Kelli) of Picayune; three sisters, Sylvia Stockstill of Arkansas, Vada Clymer Stewart of Picayune, and Myra Tate of Carriere; seven grandchildren, Ben, Annie, Ashlyn, Kailey, Tina, Kamryn, Brooke; four great-grandchildren, Addie, Eli, Kayson, Braxton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse B. McCormick and Thelma Miller Entrekin.
A Celebration of Life will be held October 31, 2019 at Sycamore Baptist Church from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Seth Stanley officiating.
