Aurora Kate Enfinger

December 10, 2021 — March 17, 2025

Aurora Kate Enfinger, a bright spirit who brought joy to everyone she encountered, left this world too soon on March 17, 2025, in Picayune, Mississippi. Born on December 10, 2021, in Smith County, Texas, Aurora was just three years old at the time of her passing. Despite her tender age, she had already made an indelible mark on the hearts of those who loved her.

Aurora was known for her ever-present smile- a shining light that illuminated any room she entered. Her laughter was contagious, and her spirit was a blessing to all who knew her. Each day with Aurora was a precious gift, filled with warmth and joy that will forever be cherished by her family and friends.

She is survived by her father, Christian Enfinger, and mother, Tana Stewart. Aurora's biological mother, Alyssa Faye Goynes, will also hold her memory close to her heart. As a sister, Aurora was adored by her siblings: Jakob Tyler, Makenlee Grace, Colton Brooks, and Adalynn Rose. Together, they shared moments of joy that will be treasured in their memories forever.

Aurora's extended family included her cherished god-parents, Treasure Vogel (Joseph) and John Hollaway (DeAnna), who lovingly looked after her throughout her life. She was a source of delight to her grandparents: Robin J. Green, Shane Stokes, Ronald W. Green, Pam Sumrall (Keith),and Kevin Stewart (Anne). The love and support of her aunts—Shayanne Green (James), Madisson Green, Lauralei Stokes, Brianna Whitfield (Rachelle), and Brandi Kelly —and her uncles, Adam Stokes and Ashton Stokes, created a warm and nurturing environment for Aurora, where she thrived. Aurora had a host of other friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and great-grandparents who loved and adored her.

Though her time with us was far too brief, Aurora's legacy of love, laughter, and light will continue to resonate in the hearts of everyone she touched. Her bright spirit will be remembered, and she will always hold a special place in the lives of her family and friends. Rest in peace, dear Aurora; your shining light will never be forgotten.
