Barbara Ann Defourneaux, age 86, of Slidell, Louisiana formerly of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away August 4, 2017 at Heritage Manor.
A gravesite memorial and interment will be held August 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Hope Mausoleum, 4841 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her father, Jules J. Defourneaux, Jr.; step-mother, Zora Dawn Defourneaux; mother, Ethel Fleetwood Pegram; sister, Gayle Finkelstein; and brother, Jules J. Defourneaux, III.
She is survived by her sister, Carol D. Schlink; sister-in-law, Fay Lynn Defourneaux; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, masses can be given at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Picayune, Mississippi, St. Catherine's Hospice, or charities of your choice.
