Barbara G. Fried

Barbara G. Fried, age 84, was called to heaven on Sunday, December 14th, 2014.
She was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in St. Bernard Parish (Arabi) for 56 years. She relocated to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina where she lived in Picayune for 9 years.
Barbara is survived by her brothers Gerald O. "Chuck"Gussoni (Jakie) and Ronald J. Gussoni (Marie), as well as her beloved son, Adam F. Fried Jr. ; her two grandchildren, Gregory A. Fried and Heather M. Fried, her two great-grandchildren, Benjamin M. Davis and Cruz E. Fried. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Adam F. Fried Sr; her parents August H Gussoni and Iola D. Gussoni and her brothers August A "Butsy" Gussoni, and Charles S "Black" Gussoni.
She will very much be missed by all.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will be at Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
