Betty Rose Brown

Betty Rose Brown of Picayune went home to be with God on Thursday April 25, 2024.
Betty was born in New Orleans to parents Luther and Lola Wallace and had many siblings.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother who enjoyed spending her time canning, gardening, and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her husband Melvin V. Brown, parents Luther and Lola Wallace, sons Luther Wayne Brown, Melvin Ray Brown, and 11 brothers and sisters.

Betty’s memory will be cherished by her daughters Cathy Lienemann, Judy Ann Hand, son Randy Brown, and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A memorial will be held in her honor at Picayune Funeral Home at 815 S. Haugh Ave. Picayune, MS 39466 on Wednesday May 1, 2024, at 3pm. Visitation will begin at 2pm.
