Mr. Lambert was born on August 22, 1953 in Hemingway, South Carolina, a son of the late Jim Melton and Toini Lambert.
Mr. Lambert is survived by two sisters, Kathryn L. Badger and Gay L. Lawrimore.
He was predeceased by his wife, Shelby Lambert, daughter, Felicia L. Shaffer, and two brothers, Richard and Jim Melton (Champ) Lambert.
All arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
