Carlin Ann Messa, age 82, of Moselle, Mississippi, passed away Monday, September 2, 2019.
Our dear sweet mother, Carlin was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She lived in Chalmette, Louisiana and Picayune, Mississippi before moving to Moselle, Mississippi until her passing. She worked as a hairdresser for many years where she formed great relationships with many friends at her neighborhood salon. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
She is survived by the love of her life, best friend, and loving husband of sixty-five years, Louis Messa, Sr. native of New Orleans and Chalmette, Louisiana, now residing in Moselle, Mississippi; two sons, Louis Messa Jr. (Ann) of Louisiana, and Chad Messa (Sherry) of Mississippi; two daughters, Deborah Morales (Louis) of Louisiana and Dena Albright (Michael) of West Virginia; Six Grandchildren, Sky Messa, River Messa, Holly Messa, Richard Mocklin III, Morgan Paternostro, Noah Albright and five beautiful great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Brouillette and Dorothy Ortte Brouillette; one brother, William O. Pike; half-sister, Delores Barbay.
No services will be held at this time. A private celebration of life will be held later for immediate family.
