In loving memory of Cindy Lou Bennett, a cherished wife, devoted mother, and grandmother, who passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2024. Born on September 6, 1950, in Ohio, Cindy brought light and love into the lives of all who were lucky enough to know her.

Cindy dedicating herself wholeheartedly to creating a warm and nurturing home for her family. Her laughter and kindness filled every room, and her love knew no bounds. She was of the Baptist faith and loved sitting outside, enjoying her surroundings.

Survived by her adoring husband, Morgan Bennett, loving son Scott Bennett, dear daughter Georgelynn Underwood and son in law, Stannon Underwood. She is also survived by one brother, Daryl Hartsel, one sister, Jackie Reyer, and grandchildren, Dylan LeFever, Gabriella Burkhamer, and Chevy Underwood. Cindy will forever remain in the hearts of those she held dear.

Preceded by her parents Jack and Tressie Hartsel; brother Randy George Hartsel; and sister Darla Leahy.

Her absence leaves a void that can never truly be filled, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly through the memories shared by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral services to honor and celebrate Cindy's life will be held on Monday July 22, 2024 at Picayune Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 1:00 pm with services to began at 3:00 pm officiated by Bro. James Reeves. Please join us as we come together to remember a woman who touched so many lives with her grace, compassion, and unwavering love.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace, knowing she was deeply cherished and will always be remembered with love and fondness.
