Clinton B. Smith, born July 9, 1959, passed away at his home on Monday, March 4, 2019.
Clinton was a lifelong resident of Poplarville, Mississippi. He worked in the oilfield for over 35 years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and camping with his wife. He spent his life serving the Lord and because of this, his family are left with peace knowing he is with the Lord today. Clinton was a kind man and loved by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Argil Smith, his mother Cleo Smith, and mother-in-law Frances Lee.
Left behind, to cherish his loving memory are his wife of 30 years, Pamela M. Smith,; daughter Jennifer
McNease (David); son, Jacob Smith; grandchildren, Shawn Smith, Jordyn McNease and Aubree McNease; 4 brothers, Argil, Chet, Monroe and Don; 4 sisters, Diane, Vicki, Patsy, and Melba; and many brothers and sisters-in-law.
A memorial service for Clinton will be held Friday March 8, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at The Barn Church of Poplarville.
