Danielle Marie Kennedy

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Danielle Marie Kennedy, beloved wife and devoted mother, who left us on February 7, 2025. Born on September 29, 1981, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Danielle was a bright spirit whose creativity and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Danielle dedicated her life raising beautiful children with her husband, Ryan, and spending many years as a cafeteria worker in the school system. She found joy not only in her work but also in nurturing her family and creating beautiful memories with them. A passionate craftswoman, Danielle poured her heart into making bows and tutus, sharing her talents with friends and their children bringing smiles and laughter through her creations.

Danielle was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne Couvillion and Sheila Ready Couvillion.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ryan Kennedy, whose strength and support meant the world to her, and their cherished children, Kaylee Hope Kennedy, Alyssa Faith Kennedy, and Sean Ryan Kennedy; siblings, Jacob, Chris, Lacey, Cheyanne, and Dionne Couvillion. The love she showed to her family and friends will be profoundly missed.

Funeral services for Danielle will be held Friday February 14, 2025 at Picayune Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. with service to start at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow to Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
