Danny Joe Bishop, 67, of Picayune, MS passed away on August 13, 2024.
On July 22,1957 Danny Joe was born in Louisville, Kentucky to parents Belvin and Bridget Bishop, and was blessed to grow up in a big family with four sisters and one brother.
He went on to become a painter by trade, a member of the American Legion, and he was a proud veteran. Danny Joe had a great passion for woodworking, playing guitar, and loved animals (especially squirrels).
He was a loving son, brother, and uncle who will be dearly missed.
Danny Joe is preceded in death by his father Belvin Blakely Bishop, mother Bridget Connelly Bishop, brother Doug Bishop, and sister Debra Jaggers.
His memory will be cherished by his sisters Donna Robertson (Ed), Diane Hester (John), Dana Holthouser, friend Vicky Farmer, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A Celebration of Life in his honor will be held at a later date.
