Danny Eugene Wild, age 68, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Forrest General Hospital.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Reeves officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
Mr. Wild was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who served in Vietnam. He served two terms as the American Legion Commander in Picayune. He loved his family and his dog Lady Bug.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Liz" Wild of Picayune; beloved daughters, Tonya Niolet of Picayune, Elva Taylor of Picayune, and Krista Mitchell St. Amand of Picayune; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sons; and two daughters, Samantha of Diberville, and Kathy of Ocean Springs.
He is preceded in death by his parents Archie E. Wild and Elva M. Goodman Wild; and one beloved daughter, Brenna Barnes.
