David John Folkard

David John Folkard, age 57, passed away suddenly on February 20, 2021. David was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire England to the late Elizabeth Bowen Folkard and William Charles Folkard. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Tina V. Folkard, his brother Alan Folkard and Sister-in-law Sue of Seaton, England. He was son-in-law to Evelyn and the late Salvadore Venturella. He was a loving and supportive stepdad to Chad. S. Smith, Noelle C. Henderson and the late Nicole A. Henderson and he was Gran-Dave to Jaycob and Zane Smith. He called Picayune, Mississippi home for the last 18 years. Dave was an avid sports fan who came to love the New Orleans Saints almost as much as his beloved Chelsea FC. He was one of the kindest and most sincere men you will ever meet with a dry wit and sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by his family, his best friend, Michael Green of Lymington, England and a host of cousins and friends from both England and America. A private memorial service will be held by family at a later date.
