David L. Jenkins, Sr., age 48, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in Carriere.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 10th at 8:00 a.m. at Church of God of Prophecy, with Bro. Noah Hollis.
David was a lifetime resident of the area and a Pentecostal.
He is survived by his wife, Stacey Jenkins; mother, Ida Mae Sander; four sons, David Jenkins, Jr., Michael Jenkins, Chris Jenkins andJesse Jenkins; two daughters, Krystle Ladner and Stephanie Jenkins; three brothers, Tommy Jenkins, Carley Jenkins and Walter Jenkins; two sisters, Lona Stockstill and Sally Walker; nine grandchildren, Michael Travis Jenkins II, David Ridgedell, Trent Anthony Jenkins, Zachary Blayne Ladner, Dakoda Jenkins, Jayda Jenkins, Brad Kelly Jenkins, Serenity Laura Breanne Ladner and baby Jayson Michael Jenkins.
He is preceded in death by two brothers, Claiborne Morgan and Kenneth Jenkins.
