Deborah was born October 25th 1955 in Picayune, Mississippi and was a lifelong resident.
She was a devoted member of New Palestine Baptist Church.
In her younger years Deborah loved mud riding along the rivers.
They opened their doors to anyone in their neighborhood who lovingly referred to her and her husband as "maw maw and paw paw".
Deborah is survived by her sons Gary Shane Speights, Scott Hallmark, her brother Larry Baxter, her grandchildren Kirsten Paige Speights, Gabriel Liam Speights, Aiden Blaine Speights, Madison Blake Speights, Braxton David Eugene Speights, Eragen Ann Palmer, and many more grandchildren.
