Dennis Wayne Penton

Dennis "Denny" Wayne Penton, age 53, of Carriere passed away Thursday, June 25, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 27th at 2:00 p.m. at West Union Baptist Church, with Bro. Bud Putnam and Bro. Tim Parker officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery.Visitation will be at West Union Baptist Church on Friday, June 26th starting at 5:00 p.m. until time of service.
Denny, a lifetime resident of the area, was a well driller and a member of West Union Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father, Walter Penton of McNeill ;his wife, Ella Mae Penton of Carriere ;one son, T. J. Penton of McNeill ;two brothers, Reggie Penton of Perkinston and Regan Penton of McNeill ;one sister, Renita Lankford of McNeill two grandchildren, Brienne Penton ;Jacob Dawson Penton.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Leagon Alsobrooks Penton.
