Doris Mcmichael Kirkland

Doris McMichael Kirkland, age 85, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Visitation will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Funeral Services following at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Snyder Officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Doris was a resident of Pearl River County for thirty-six years, a legal secretary and a Catholic.
She is survived by one son, Richard S. Kirkland of Baton Rouge, LA; Four daughters, Kathy Clark of Ponchatoula, LA, Anne Hammett of Mandeville, LA, Mamie Baker of Omaha, NE and Carolyn Ryan of Metairie, LA; Nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Earl McMichael and Gladys Aldrich McMichael; Her husband, Lyonel Clayton Kirkland; One brother, James E. McMichael, Jr.
