Dorothy Vivian Milligan

Dorothy Mackenzie Milligan, 91, native of New Orleans, Louisiana went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 31, 2012. She resided in Picayune, Mississippi before her death.
She was a homemaker and mother throughout her life, a member of the Lutheran Church and loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Nolan John Milligan; her son, James E. Milligan; her great-granddaughter, Candace Milligan; sisters, Faith Ferguson of Lafayette, Charity Cervantes of New Orleans and Sue Keating of New Orleans; and her brothers, John Andrew MacKenzie and Fritzie Keating.
Survivors include her son, Lloyd (Cindy) Milligan of Picayune; two daughters, Diane (Roger) Pace of Covington, and Carol (Richard) Styla of Texas; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; sister, Hope Ridgeway of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and brother William Keating as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services for Dorothy will be at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, January 5, 2013. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service following at 1:00 p.m. with Daniel Young officiating.
