He is survived by his mother, Lois Evans Mann of Alabama; daughter, Brittany Lackey of Rochester, Michigan; brother, Richard Hayes of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sisters, Fredia Wright (Troy) of Picayune, Mississippi, Theresa Bress and Lois Cardona of Detroit, Michigan and Dawn Lewis of California.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Lackey and sister, Barbara Mobley.
