Edgar Alejandro Ponce, age 16, of Carriere, MS passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Life Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Alan Hickman. Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery.
Edgar was a freshman at Picayune Memorial High School and attended Resurrection Life Church. He loved music, writing songs, working out, and being active in church. He was proud of his Mexican heritage.
We never expected to lose you so suddenly. You were loved by many and will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his mother Norma Rocha and his stepfather, Jonathan Brockhaus; brother, Jose Ponce; step-brothers, Jonathan Brockhaus, Jr. and Justin Brockhaus; sisters, Patricia Ponce and Joanna Ponce; step-sister, Jade Brockhaus.
