Effie Catherine Myers of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the age of 86.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. in Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Sycamore Cemetery.
Effie was a resident of Picayune for 66 years and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her sons, Neal Beech (Lisa) of Picayune, Mississippi and Kenneth Cospoloich of Carriere, Mississippi; her daughter, Gail McCraney (Chris) of Picayune, Mississippi; brother, Tom Holifield of Monroe, Louisiana; sisters, Addie Wright of Terry, Mississippi, Dot Kitchens (Mac) of Ellisville, Mississippi and Helen Abercrombie of Laurel, Mississippi; ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie W. Myers; her mother, Inez Hennigan; and her son Ray Beech.
