Elton Odell Mccraney

Elton Odell "Tubby" McCraney, age 77, of Picayune died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Canon Hospice in Gulfport, MS.
Family and friends are invited to his memorial service on Saturday, October 13th at 10:00 AM at New Palestine Baptist Church, with Bro. James McCraney officiating.
"Tubby", a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, was a welder at NASA and a Baptist. He was a U. S. Army veteran, in the Army National Guard, and a member of the VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene McCraney of Picayune; two sons, Chris McCraney and Patrick McCraney, both of Picayune; two step-sons, William Thomas of Kiln and Andre Thomas of Florida; one daughter, Cynthia McCraney Rose of Picayune; two grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm McCraney and Ruby Moran McCraney, and his brother, Percy McCraney.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity
or to the New Palestine Baptist Church Fund
