Emmett Unbehagen Sr. of Picayune, Mississippi passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the age of 77.
Emmett has been a resident of Picayune for 19 years after moving from St. Bernard, LA. He was of the Catholic faith and was married to his wife for 30 years.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife, Evelyn Unbehagen; son, Emmett Unbehagen Jr., wife Angela and children Emmett Unbehagen III, Earl Grobb IV, and Tabitha Fucich; daughter Trudy Unbehagen Fraychineand, husband David and children David and Deven Fraychineand; daughter Melissa Unbehagan LaFrance with husband Lanny and children Michael Fireck Jr. and Brooke Jackson; stepson Clarence Lafuntes Jr. and wife Eva and child Sierra Lafuntes; and stepdaughters Lisa Stender with children Alan Hoey, Ashley Hoey, and Diamond Stender. and Bonnie Bye with child Amanda Norton; brother Heyward Unbehagen and sisters Shelia Coutre and Stephany Nunez; and 14 great grandchildren.
He is preceded by his parents, Horace and Anasthasia Unbehagen; brother Horace Jay Unbehagen Jr. and Leonard Unbehagen; and sister Elsie Unbehagen.
