Saturday, June 15, 2024, Eria "Charisse" Galmiche O'Meara left this Earth to join her son Dalton and be with their heavenly father.
Charisse, born December 7, 1967, in Seattle, Washington, was a United States Army Veteran, and an alumni of Picayune Memorial High School, Tampa University, and the University of Southern Mississippi.
She was an extremely intelligent and hilariously funny woman who always managed to bring joy, laughter, and good times to those around her. She was generous and fiercely loyal to those she loved.
Charisse made sure to live a life full of excitement, travel, and adventure but she always believed her biggest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren, whom she loved whole-heartedly.
Above all else, she was a cherished and beloved daughter, mother, grandmother (mimi), sister, aunt, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father- Rene Maurice Galmiche II, mother- Mary Ann Watts Dalton, son- William Dalton O'Meara, partner- Rex David Gott, aunt- Billie Faye Miller, uncles- Henry Thomas Watts and Robert Bobby Watts, and nephew- Kendall Darin Galmiche.
Charisse's life will be remembered by those she leaves behind: her daughter- Tabbitha Danielle O'Meara, grandchildren- Izzabelle Dalton Hinman, Emmory Armondo O'Meara, Penelope Rene O'Meara, Rosalina Magdalena Talavera, Jaxton Hollis O'Meara, and Raelynn Pearl Ladner, sister- Candace Galmiche Valdez, brother- Rene "Trey" Maurice Galmiche III, stepfather- Eugene "Gene" Henry Dalton, aunts- Sybil Watts and Glenda Case Watts, the father of her children-Terral Dean O'Meara Sr., and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
To those who knew her, she could never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and loved from Earth.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at a later date.
