Eugene lived in Carriere, Mississippi and was previously from Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. He served in the Marine's and was an electrician. He dedicated his life to helping others!
He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Karen Vincent Hotard of Carriere, Mississippi; one son, Duane Eugene Hotard of Long Beach, Mississippi; one daughter, Rondi Castro of Lacombe, Louisiana; brother, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.
