Foy Ray Williams of Picayune passed away June 22, 2019 at his residence,
at the age of 83.
He was a lifelong resident of Picayune, and of the Baptist faith. Foy and his wife Opal owned and operated
Picayune Monument.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. A
Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Chad McDonald officiating.
He is survived by his son: Jonathan Ray Williams of Picayune, Mississippi; one brother: Haskel Williams of
Harrison County, Mississippi; one sister: Annie Harrell of Pearl River, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Evan and Vivian Williams; his wife Opal Brogden Williams; one
brother, Hershel Williams and a half-sister Joann Townsend.
