Frances Marie Frasier, a remarkable woman whose gentle spirit and nurturing heart touched the lives of many, passed away on February 19, 2025, in Picayune, Mississippi. Frances was born on December 22, 1946, in Olney, Illinois, where her life journey began, blossoming into a legacy of love, faith, and devotion.

Frances was a devoted wife to James Frasier Jr., with whom she shared a beautiful marriage beginning on November 21, 1981, until his passing in March 2017. Their years together were filled with love and cherished memories, a testament to their unwavering partnership. Frances treasured her family above all, instilling in them values of kindness and resilience that will continue to resonate through generations.

Frances dedicated her life to teaching and cultivating young minds. She served as a Sunday School Teacher, Home School Teacher, and Substitute Teacher, sharing her passion for education with countless children. Her influence extended beyond the classroom, as she embraced every opportunity to guide and inspire the next generation.

A devoted Christian, Frances was known for her deep faith, which was the cornerstone of her life. She loved attending church, and was a proud member of First Baptist Church of Yellville, Arkansas. She was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family above all. Frances was lovingly known as the best Great Granny in the world, doting on her precious great-grandchildren and finding joy in their laughter and growth. Her love for them was immeasurable and her greatest accomplishment was the legacy of faith and family she nurtured.

Frances’s life was enriched by her many hobbies and interests. She found solace in painting, created warmth through her sewing, and delighted those around her with her baking. Frances also cherished the time she spent in Bible studies, connecting with her faith and community in meaningful ways.

She is survived by her beloved son, Brandon John Frasier Sr.; daughters, Tina Mae Harmon-Burkett, Shawnee Harmon-Landry; stepson, Kevin Frasier; stepdaughters, Kristy Marie Frasier and Stephanie Soileau; her dear brother, Joseph Hane; and a wonderful blend of 15 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Frances is reunited in eternal rest with her cherished husband, James Frasier Jr.; her sons, Lance Paul Frasier, and Robbie Jo Harmon,; and her parents, Robert Chalmer Earnst and Bernice Millsap Earnst. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth Hane, Robert Clarence Earnst; and sister, Betty Hane Gray.

As we remember Frances Marie Frasier, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, purpose, and unwavering faith. Her legacy will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her, a gentle reminder of the joy and light she brought into the world.
