Francis Ray Burge

Francis Ray Burge, age 84, of Henleyfield, MS passed away June 26, 2013 at his residence.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the family cemetery on 198 Hammock Rd., Carriere, Mississippi off of Jake Smith Road follow hammock road to the end and cross the bridge.
Mr. Burge was a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, a logger and a member of First Baptist Church of Henleyfield. He loved working and was always busy doing something.
He is survived by two sons, Danny Burge of Carriere and Michael Burge of Carriere; one brother Argel Burge of Carriere; three grandchildren, Christie Williams, Andrea Stroo and Jessica Burge; four great-grandchildren, Chaz, Abby, Ethon and Mackensie.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis M. Burge and Virginia Burge; his wife Wilma N. Burge; and two brothers, Carl Virgil Burge and Gavin Burge.
