Freddie was born on April 30, 1950 in Picayune, Mississippi to parents Joe Faye and Joyce Bennett Faye. He worked as a mechanic and handyman for most of his life and spent 51 years happily married to the love of his life Mary Faye.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Faye, father Joe Faye, mother Joyce Bennett Faye, brothers Hayward Faye, Roger Faye, and JB Faye.
Freddie’s memory will be cherished by his daughters April Smith (Kenneth), Mary Ross (John), brother Steve Faye, sisters Pat Mitchell, Margie Golden, grandchildren Brandon Zoll, Carly Zoll, Katie Shavers, Barbara Smith, and Samantha Smith.
