Gage Lucas, age 23, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 16, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, February 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Father Noone officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Gage was the oldest of four children and a lifetime resident of Picayune. He was a wonderful father to his son Mason and was an extraordinary guitar player. He was funny and always smiling. He loved playing video games and being with his many friends and cousins whom he was very close with.
He is survived by his parents, Harry and Tinka Lucas of Picayune; his significant other, Megan Longley of Picayune; son, Mason Wesley Lucas of Picayune; brothers, Evan Lucas of Picayune and Jackson Lucas of Picayune; sister, Hannah Lucas of Picayune; grandparents, Howard and Mary Lucas of Carriere, and Allen and Paula Ready of Bay St. Louis; and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
He is preceded in death by Grandmother, Josephine Ready; Grandfather, Larry Veuleman; Aunt, Donna Ready; and Cousin, Louis Prendergast, III.
