Mrs. Gracie Jean Sistrunk, 55, of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023.
She was a dedicated homemaker and a member of Burgetown Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Marvin Sistrunk, Sr.; her grandparents, Gracie Smithers, Lillian Churchill, Burton Churchill, and William Henry Stevens.
Survivors include her children, Johnny Marvin Sistrunk, Jr. (Narcisa Rico), Kenneth Wayne Sistrunk; parents, William David and Johnnie Sue Stevens; two grandchildren, Johnny Marvin Sistrunk, III, Madison Paige Sistrunk; five siblings, Sarah Smith (Lionel), Lillian Marchetta, John Stevens (Jacklyn), Jackie Duff, Steve Stevens (Marjorie); and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Picayune Church of the Lord Jesus Christ (1700 Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune, MS, 39466) on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in New Palestine Cemetery (2336 Palestine Road, Picayune, MS, 39466). Visitation one hour prior to the service.
