Grant Moler, Jr., age 69, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017.
A memorial graveside service will be held by the family at Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 579 Oak Hill Rd, Poplarville, Mississippi on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. James Jackson.
Mr. Moler was an avid golfer and very active in sports. He was a resident of Pearl River County for 14 years, and a Structural Engineer.
He is survived by one daughter, Kira Moler McCormick of Picayune; three brothers, Daniel Moler of Daytona, Florida, Robbie Moler of Columbus, Ohio, and Willie Moler of Columbus, Ohio; two step-brothers, Ray Mitchell of Picayune, and Phillip Mitchell of Louisiana; two sisters, Rosie Moler of Columbus, Ohio, and Debbie Marsh of Charleston, South Carolina; two step-sisters, Carolynn Asher of Picayune, and Marilynn Mitchell; grandchildren, Benjamin McCormick, and JesseAnne McCormick.
He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Mitchell; mother, Dorothy McClendon; son, Benjamin Moler; and sister, Shirley Kirkland.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pearl River County SPCA.
