Born on May 4, 1954, in Mississippi, Harold was a man who embraced life with passion and warmth, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him.

Harold’s life was characterized by his love for the simple joys and the cherished relationships he nurtured. A devoted father, he is survived by his three daughters: Kristie Tuttle Lay, Jennifer Blansett (David), and Heather Tuttle. He took immense pride in his legacy, which extends to his grandchildren, including Savanna Ragas (Jacob), Justin Blansett (Allie), Dakota Blansett (Hannah), Hunter Simmons (Kendall), Layla Simmons, Tyre Russell, Qorday Russell, and Isiah Russell, and 8 great grandchildren. Each of them brought joy to his life and held a special place in his heart.

As a brother, Harold found companionship and support in Walter Tuttle, sharing memories and moments that strengthened their bond. He carried with him the memories of his beloved parents, Harold Tuttle Sr. and Marie Allred Tuttle, who preceded him in death, along with his dear sister, Wanda Tuttle. These relationships shaped his character, instilling in him values of love, strength, and compassion.

An active member of Harmony Baptist Church, Harold embraced his faith wholeheartedly, finding solace and community within its walls. He was a man of diverse interests; whether he was engaging in spirited card games with friends—whom he considered brothers—hunting in the great outdoors, or casting a line while fishing, Harold truly relished the moments he spent with his loved ones. His enthusiasm for coin collecting, watching western movies, and rooting for his favorite football teams added to the richness of his life.
