Hazel M. Roberts, age 94, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2009 at her residence in Picayune.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 10th at 3:00 p.m. at Abbey Chapel in Dallas, Texas. Burial will follow in Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at Abbey Chapel.
Mrs. Roberts, a native of New York, moved to this area from Dallas, Texas twelve years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of New Palestine Baptist Church.
She is survived by her four daughters, Carrie Hall of Picayune ,Judy Fischer of Albuquerque, New Mexico ,Darlin Fugit of Germantown, Tennessee and Linda Purkey of Port St. Lucie, Florida ;ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
