Hugh Edward "Mutt" Miller of Picayune, Mississippi passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the age of 81.
Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Johnson officiating. Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery.
Hugh was a lifelong resident of Picayune, a retired Tugboat Captain and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Johns Miller of Picayune, Mississippi; children, Hugh Wade Miller, Todd (Joni) Miller and Nikki (Greg) Boone, all of Picayune, Mississippi; brother, Harvey Miller of Picayune, Mississippi; sisters, Joyce Parker of Gulfport, Mississippi; Ann Sheffield, Garlan Lee and Patsy Spence, all of Picayune, Mississippi; grandchildren, Heith (Windi) Miller, Ian (Jennifer) Miller, Jace Miller, Braxton Boone, Landry Boone, Hughie Miller and Ellie Miller; great-grandchildren, Hadyn, Kenly, Sawyer and Deuce Miller.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Miller and Eleanor Kennedy Miller; son, Jeffery Miller; and sister, Doris Fazende.
