Ida Mae Wright of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Friday, August 16, 2019.
Ida was a life-long resident of Pearl River County, Mississippi. She was a member of Flat Top Baptist Church. She worked as a Nurse, a loving mother, grandmother and a friend to many.
She is survived by two sons, James "Danny" Dillard Jr. (Sue) of Picayune, Mississippi, Donald W. Dillard (Elane) of Picayune, Mississippi; three daughters, Lisa Eby (Mitch) of Florida, Teresa "Darlene" Edwards of Carriere, Mississippi, Tina McMurrin (Cam) of Picayune, Mississippi; three step children; one sister, Jean Garcia of Lucedale, Mississippi; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two husbands, James Dillard and Jack Wright; parents, Chris and Alice Pearson; four brothers, J.C Pearson, Charlie Pearson, Shelton Pearson, Cladale Pearson; five sisters, Aretha Pearson, Leather Pearson, Helen Dillard, Audrey Fergerson and Justina Adams; and one great grandson A.J Garcia.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service to follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Picayune, Mississippi.
