Idell Pauline Watkins of Carriere, Mississippi went to be with the Lord on Monday July 15, 2024, at the age of 75.
She was born February 21, 1949, in Hazelhurst, Mississippi and a longtime resident of Carriere where she attended Pinetucky Baptist Church. Idell was an inspiration and an Angel on earth. Genuinely a good-hearted woman and loving mother. She was loved and will be deeply missed by many.
Left to cherish her memory is her children, Tommy F. Watkins (Teresa), Kenneth Dale Watkins, and Tammy Lynn Russell (Edwin); brother, James Lester Page (Michelle); sister, Dorothy Jean Pullens (Johnny); seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded by her husband, James Fairell Watkins; parents, Levester Page and Dorothy Ida Frierson; brother, Tearrell Page; and sister, Adell Provost.
A Celebration of Life will be by family at a date to be announced.
