Jacob Edward McLemore, age 17, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Saturday, January 23, 2016.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at New Henleyfield Southern Baptist Church.
Jacob was a loving and precious son, grandson, and brother, who while only walked his journey for 17 short years, left a lifetime of love in the hearts of those closest to him. He along with his father, are and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his mother, Melanie McLemore of Carriere; one brother, Dillon McLemore of Carriere; one sister, Samantha McLemore of Carriere; grandparents, Mary McLemore, and Cheryl Palmer.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Darrell McLemore; and his father who passed away at the same time, Jason Anthony McLemore. Great grandmother Margaret Diane Fricke.
