James Hugh Bailey of Kiln, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the age of 90.
Before moving to Kiln, Mississippi, James resided in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and a veteran of the US Army. He very much enjoyed traveling, playing golf and loved his grandkids. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Jeanette Bailey; son, Gregory Bailey (Cherryl); step-sons, Donnie Allie and Scott Allie; daughters, Deb DeJohn (Guy), and Tami McClung (Alan); five grandchildren: Rachel DeJohn, Jessica Carter (Eric), Karina DeJohn, Amber Austin (Cody), and Stephen Allie; seven great-grandchildren: Abel Austin, Grayson Austin, Ellie Carter, Lilly Carter, Coral Carter, Stephen Allie and Samantha Allie.
He is preceded by his parents, James Grant Bailey and Hilda Mae Bailey.
Inurnment will be held by family at a later date in Pennsylvania.
Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
