James Williams Jarvis

James William Jarvis, age 87, of Picayune passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Covenant Health & Rehab.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 13th at 10:30 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with Bro. Hudnall and Bro. Tim Mims officiating. Inurnment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Jarvis, a native of Kentucky, was a Financial Manager at the Atomic Energy Commission at Stennis for the U.S. Army. He was a member of Roseland Park Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his five sons, David Jarvis of River Ridge, LA ,Donald Dickerson of Picayune ,Michael Jarvis of Picayune ,Ross G. Dickerson of Sallis, MS and Wayne Neal of Summerdale, AL ;one daughter, Connie Marshall of Carriere ;numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eliza Jarvis and his wife, Bonnie Jean Jarvis.
