Jan was born February 21, 1951 in Beaumont, Texas. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Hazel Knight; her husband, James M. Gibson; and one daughter, Michelle Gibson.
Family members include four children, Shelbie Gibson, Danielle (Matt) Young, James T. (Shannon) Gibson, Justin Gibson; two siblings, Pat Kemp, Jackie (Cindy) Knight; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
