Janice Faye Berry, age 83, of Picayune, Mississippi went to be with the Lord Friday, January 14, 2022.
Janice Faye was a native of Leetown and a member of Lee's Chapel #2 Baptist Church. She was an amazing woman, strong willed with a heart of gold. Janice Faye loved her family and was well known throughout her community. She will be deeply missed by many.
Left to share her memories are her daughters, Tangie Tartaglia (Tony) and Gloria Byrd (Cary); grandchildren, Scott Smith (Britany), Misti Etzkin (Jeremy), Samuel Necaise (Jessica), Chance Berry (Rachelle), and Meagan Roche (Steven); and great-grandchildren: Maci, Jayce, Nora, Gunner, Evan, Levi, Selah, Emily, Hannah, and Sebastian; bonus Children, Mike Evert, Mickey Evert, Chris Evert and Melissa Evert.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl N. Berry, Sr; parents, Heber Lee and Jessie Mae Stockstill Lee; brother, Joel Lee; sister, Jenenne Stewart (Charles) and Delana Evert; stepson, and Carl N. Berry Jr.
Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Services to begin at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Orean Spence and Bro. Rodney Burns officiating. Burial to follow at Lee's Chapel #2 Cemetery. A Meal will be provided at New Bethel Church in Leetown.
