Jean Merk, age 74, of Picayune passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009 at her residence.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Jean, a former resident of Little River, SC, was a Catholic.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice Devillier of Picayune, MS; sons, Timothy Scott Evans, Sr. of Picayune, MS and Tracy Don Evans of Lumberton, MS; grandchildren, Heather Frank, Melissa Evans, Nicole Evans and
Timothy Evans, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Frank, Helena Evans, Isaiah Evans and Peyton Evans.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, John Frederick, Kenneth Frederick, Donald Frederick, Lindsey Frederick and Richard Frederick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Hospice, 520-C West Canal St., Picayune, MS 39466.
