Jesse T. Barras of Carriere Mississippi, passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. He was 22 and died from sudden lung and heart failure.
Jesse was born Saturday, November 16, 1996 in Slidell, Louisiana. Jesse was baptized with his brother, Cole at First Baptist Church of Carriere, Mississippi by brother William Gary Smith. He was a member of the American Taekwondo Foundation and achieved the rank of Second-degree black belt. Jesse was blessed with a loving personality, and an extremely kind heart. He will be truly missed but is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
Jesse is survived by his parents, Bret and Michelle Barras of Carriere, Mississippi, his brother Cole Barras, and Cole's wife Olivia. He is also survived by his close friends Brandon Cadel, Dylan Mitchell, Taylor Poole, Dylan Spears, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at Central Baptist Church, 20 Sones Chapel Road, McNeill, MS 39457 on Saturday, November 30th at 2:00 p.m. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
