Jimmie "Jimbo" Scarboro, age 71, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Ochsner Hospital in Jefferson, Louisiana.
Graveside services will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Bro. James Reeves officiating. Burial is under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home
Mr. Scarboro was born in Boynton Beach, Florida on February 27, 1944. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, and of the Baptist faith.
Left to cherish Jimbo's memory are his wife, Carol Scarboro; daughter, Elizabeth Abney and her husband Kenneth; granddaughter, Hunter Abney; two brothers Charles and Robert; four sisters, Loujean, Linda, Martha, and Cynthia.
He is preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Maude Scarboro; brother Coleman; and sister Mary Shaw.
