John Frederick Caillouette, a devoted financial specialist, loving husband, and cherished family member, passed away on March 25, 2025, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at the age of 78. Born on December 12, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, John lived a life characterized by hard work, dedication, and a passion for his interests and loved ones.
He was a proud Army veteran who served his country with honor. Following his military service, John pursued a career as a financial specialist for Lockheed Martin, where he applied his skills diligently and earned the respect of his colleagues over the years. His educational background was rooted in his studies at Southeastern College in Hammond, Louisiana, which laid the foundation for his professional journey.
Family was of utmost importance to John. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Frances Caillouette, who stood by him through life's many ups and downs. His legacy continues through his daughter, Michelle Jablonowski (Alex III), and her children, including his cherished grandchildren, Alex Jablonowski IV and Tiffany Marie Jablonowski. He also leaves behind his brother, Donald Lee Caillouette (Irene), and his nieces, Betsy and Brook, who will greatly miss him.
John had a variety of hobbies that brought joy and fulfillment to his life. He was an avid fan of watching Nascar races, a passion that he thoroughly enjoyed. .
He was preceded in death by his father, Sylvere Fred Caillouette, and his mother, Theodorsia Urania Baessler Caillouette. Their influence and love shaped the man he became, and they will be remembered fondly as part of his journey.
John Frederick Caillouette will be remembered for his kind spirit, unwavering support of his family, and the joy he found in both his work and his pastimes. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

A Funeral mass will be held for John on Thursday March 27, 2025 at 11AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church located at 1000 Goodyear Blvd. Picayune, MS 39466
Visitation will begin at 10AM with burial to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
