Joyce Theresa Ashley

Joyce Theresa Ashley, age 66, of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 noon at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Joyce Ashley a Mom in every sense of the word who loved anyone and everyone. No matter the details. She loved Life. Her Crafts were as intricate as her. She loved painting, sewing, sculpting, beading jewelry and embroidery. She was undeniably Mimi to her grand and great grandbabies. She was a True Saints Fan to this day and could throw a fleur de lis if her boys weren't winning. This Lil Cajun lady danced through Life. She was our Center. God has taken an Angel from us.

She is survived by husband, Charles L. Ashley of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; sons, Kevin Rehm of New Orleans, Louisiana and Larry Ashley of Ft. Walton, Florida; daughters, Keri Rehm of Galveston, Texas and Rhonda Ashley of Pearl, Mississippi; brothers, Morgan Sheafer of Tampa, Florida and George Sheafer of Humble Texas; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents, George P. and Katherine Sheafer.
