Joyce Janet Byrd, age 74, of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday April 20, 2016.
Mrs. Byrd, was a florist and a member of Flat Top Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Charles Byrd Jr. (April), of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, one sister Joan Burch, of Picayune, Mississippi and one granddaughter.
She is preceded in death by her father, Roy Welch, mother, Marie Keller Welch, her husband, Charles Byrd, Sr.
Services will be held at a later date.
